Organic grapes harvested manually. 100% Xarel·lo. Brown barrel fermented on the lees, making battonage. Aroma of ripe banana.
Organic Farming. 100% Xarel·lo. Fermented at low temperature in stainless steel tanks. Aroma with hints of green bananas and cut grass.
Organic Farming. 100% Merlot. We make a slight maceration of the skins. Jam and balsamic notes.
Viña over 30 years of ecological farming. 100% Merlot. Malolactic in brown boots. Notes like cloves, bay leaf and green pepper.
Organic farming. 12 Months in Chestnut amd French Oal barrels- The palate is creamy.
