Organic Farming. 100% Xarel·lo. Fermented at low temperature in stainless steel tanks. Aroma with hints of green bananas and cut grass.
Viña over 30 years of ecological farming. 85% Merlot, 15 % Syrah. Malolactic in brown boots. Notes like cloves, bay leaf and green pepper.
Organic farming. 85% Syrah, 15% Merlot 14 Months in Chestnut and French Oak barrels. The palate is creamy.
100% Xarel.lo, organic grapes harvested manually. Brown barrel fermented on the lees, making battonage. Aroma of ripe banana.
